Details to follow

Half-Term Film Production Courses

Star in a specially written short film during the school holidays and find out what it’s like being an actor in a film.

Our film production courses are suitable for young aspiring actors between the ages of 8-18 years old, who want to develop and enhance their screen acting repertoire. During the course, participants meet to rehearse and shoot a short film on location (subject to weather and plot), work closely with our team of industry professionals to develop their screen acting as well as experience filming and basic sound and lighting operation. Participants get a DVD copy of the final edit to show all their family and friends.

Some of our short film projects will be entered into film festivals. Previous films have won awards in the PQA national film festival and been finalists in the Swindon Independent Youth Film Festival.

The Ball

When a summer ball is advertised, everyone gets very excited but a nasty bully plans to spoil the fun. Can anyone stop him? Who will save the day? A hilarious short film in the slapstick style of the classic silent movie era, filmed in just two days in the May half term with a talented group of young people.

Music Video ‘Feel It Still’

In the February half term our film production course participants made a music video in just two days. We recreated famous paintings in our music video and we are so pleased with the final cut.

Worlds End Productions London 'Warrior'

In a post apocalyptic world, tribes of young people battle for survival in the wilderness.

One day, a mysterious stranger appears. She is someone who plays by her own rules and changes the game for good. A story about childhood and freedom in the eternal battle between good and evil. 'Warrior' was a finalist in the Swindon Independent Film Festival.

Camp Fear

‘When a group of young people find their camping holiday spoiled by some creepy zombies, they decide to investigate the creepy goings on. Will they unravel the mystery behind Camp Fear?’

Filmed in just three days in the October half term, ‘Camp Fear’ was an exciting and fun ‘Scooby Doo’ style mystery short for our young participants to film. The young people who took part in our film making course, experienced acting for Screen, filming, sfx make up and some basic sound and lighting operation. There was also lots of tent building, marshmallows on sticks and Zombie chase sequences!

Break Time

A gothic horror short film made with students from PQA Enfield for their February 2018 half term film production course.

Film Production by Worlds End Productions London.

‘A group of school children find a strange box which transports them back in time. They meet a group of mysterious school children who lead them to a house occupied by their master. Will the group of friends find a way to get back to the future or will they remain in the past?’

We filmed in the stunning grounds and Tudor building of Salisbury House for two days in the February half term. ‘Break Time’ was a semi finalist in the Swindon Independent Youth Film Festival.
