NATIONAL THEATRE CONNECTIONS FESTIVAL & INTERNATIONAL YOUTH ARTS FESTIVAL

'Connections' is produced by the National Theatre and supported by a number of individuals, trusts and foundations. Connections plays are commissioned for and about young people from some of the best contemporary playwrights, for performance by schools and youth theatres all over the UK and Ireland, making Connections one of the world's largest celebrations of youth theatre.

Following 'home' performances in the Spring Term, the cast will perform the play at our designated partner theatre for one evening at the end of April/beginning of May. In the past, our company has performed at the Queens Theatre in Hornchurch and the Arts Depot in Finchley. The exact date will be confirmed by the National Theatre closer to the time.

One production of each of the 10 plays which make up the festival will then be selected to be performed at the National theatre in late June/early July. The Company will start rehearsals of a One Act Play in the Spring / Summer Term for the International Youth Arts Festival.
