Worlds End Productions London are launching our brand new junior Youth Theatre company with an exciting ensemble roduction (TBC). The play will be performed as part of a double bill with our Senior company as part of the National Theatre Connections ‘home’ performance at the Dugdale centre in Enfield in the Spring Term. Auditions are open to all young people aged 9 to 12 years old. RehearsalsBelow is a provisional rehearsal guide. Term 2 – (9 Weeks) January - March Term 3 - (12 Weeks) - April - July AuditionsAuditions take place in July each year.
The audition will be in the form of a workshop so students will be required to stay for the entire session. Auditionees must be prepared to improvise and work from extracts from the script during the workshop. Auditionees are asked to prepare ONE short (between 1 and 2 minutes long) monologue from a play. They should have memorised the speech and be able to discuss their performance of it showing some knowledge of the play it is from.
